Non-urgent advice:

There is currently a team of practice nurses delivering a fully comprehensive and advanced range of nursing services. In some cases nurses are now delivering care that was once only performed by medical staff and for many chronic diseases the team delivers care in much the same way whether it be a doctor or nurse. All our nurses are highly trained and experienced in nursing generally and in primary care nursing specifically. They each have their own particular interests, specialities and responsibilities within the team and are actively encouraged in extra and specialist training.

Non-urgent advice:

Our receptionists are there to help you. They are led by our senior receptionists. They will do their best to answer any questions you may have on how to see or speak to your doctor and advise you about a variety of practice related matters. However, please remember that they are not clinicians and they cannot answer questions concerning your medical care nor can they answer every call simultaneously. Of all our staff, they are often the busiest and under the most pressure. Their task is a difficult one. Your patience and co-operation is greatly appreciated.

ANYTHING YOU TELL THEM WILL BE TREATED WITH ABSOLUTE CONFIDENTIALITY
