Welcome to North Street Medical Care, Romford

The practice is situated in Romford and operates from refurbished and extended premises offering modern facilities. There has been a practice on this site since the 1930s. Each partner has his / her own consulting room and several have a separate examination room. We cater for approximately 12500 patients.

We are a training practice and over a period of many years have trained over 20 registrars to become GPs. Two of these have become partners in this practice and several are partners in local practices. Our most recent registrar has decided to stay with us as a salaried GP.

Quality is very important to us. We employ an IT manager and two practice information officers who work closely with the NHS Havering (formerly Havering Primary Care Trust ) and the practice clinicians. They are responsible for providing monitoring statistics to help us assess the quality of our services.

Week commencing 30.04.12 we offered 765 appointments, 47 of these were wasted as patients DNA their appointment and did not contact us. If you are unable to keep your appointment please telephone/fax or use the appointment cancellation link below.
