New Service – HIV Testing

North Street Medical Care has been chosen as a pilot site for on the spot HIV testing. This will be routinely offered to ALL new patients between the ages of 15 – 64 years who are registering here as a new patient. You will be offered the test by the Health Care Assistant/Nurse during your new patient interview and will get your result immediately. In order to take advantage of this test it is essential that you read the attached Frequently Asked Questions before you attend for your appointment. The nurse will ask you if you have & will not be able to go ahead unless you can confirm that you have read and understood it. HIV FAQ
