• For all routine telephone consultations and face to face appointments with all clinical staff, please call between 11am-3pm.
• Prescription line 10-12.30pm. Results line 4-6pm.
• Alternately you can fill out and online consultation form from our website https://www.northstreetmedicalcare.co.uk/onlineconsult/ or via the NHS app.

We want to remind patients that a ten minute appointment is for one problem only. If you have more than one problem then it may not be possible to deal with it in a single appointment.

• Upney Lane walk- in – Monday to Friday, 8am – 10pm; Weekends and bank holidays, 9am – 10pm
